Add
Click the green “Add” button. A window will pop up prompting you to log into your SBA CLS Account. Log in to add SBA Application.
Add SBA Application
After log in, you will need to choose between: “Create New Application” or “Link to Existing Application”. Choose one then click: “Next”. Another window will pop up with a series of questions. Fill out the submission information/questions then click: “Next”. ***Caution: Missing Required Field—Be sure all required fields are filled out inside of the loan before submission. ***
Your Submission is Ready
Once all fields and questions are properly answered, click: “Next”. A message will appear such as the one pictured above. The window will include a summary of the loan information. Review the info and select the green “Submit” button. Upon submission you will see your SBA Loan Application number. The current application status will show as: “Awaiting Documents”.
Upload
Select the green “Upload” button and verify your log in for your SBA CLS Account. A list of requested/required documents, by the SBA, will appear. Select the green “Upload Files” button.

A new window will appear (such as the one pictured above). Be sure to select the appropriate “Submission Type” before proceeding. Click the green “Continue” button.
