LoanApp Administrators and Processors can process loans
Step-by-step guide
Follow these steps to view uploaded documents for a loan
- Login to your LoanApp website (i.e. – https://ORGNAME.loanapp.bmisw.com)
- If the Processing page is not displayed, click on Processing at the top of your screen.
- Click the loan that you want to work on
Loan Dashboard:
From the Loan Dashboard click on View Documents
View Documents
- This will bring you the the document checklist where you can review what documents have been uploaded
- Documents with a green check next to them signify they have been uploaded
- To view the document click on the item
- Then on the right hand side you can choose which item to view under the uploaded section
