The CDC LoanApp Administrator can setup a list of documents for the Borrower to upload as part of their application.

Step-by-step guide

Follow these steps to customize the Terms of Service and/or Privacy Policy. NOTE – You must have an administrator account to do this.

  1. Login to your LoanApp website (i.e. – https://ORGNAME.loanapp.bmisw.com)
  2. If the Administration page is not displayed, click on ADMIN at the top of your screen.
  3. Click CHANGE APPLICATION SETTINGS

To change the TERMS OF SERVICE:

  1. Scroll to the Terms of Service Section
  2. Check the box to SHOW TERMS OF SERVICE
  3. Add your Terms of Service to the text box below.
    1. You can add basic formatting to the description like bolditalicsunderlining, indents, links, etc.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  5. Click SAVE CHANGES

To change the PRIVACY POLICY:

  1. Scroll to the Terms of Service Section
  2. Check the box to SHOW TERMS OF SERVICE
  3. Add your Terms of Service to the text box below.
    1. You can add basic formatting to the description like bolditalicsunderlining, indents, links, etc.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  5. Click SAVE CHANGES
